The SAE13A Glass Straight Line Angle Changing Edging Machine has 2 diamond, 2
resin and 2 polishing spindles on a 0～45°
mitering base for mitering edge and each 2 spindles for the front and rear arris
and 3 spindle for remain flat edge. Polishing wheels are lifted pneumatically
for a trouble free, high quality finish. Positioning of the spindles can be
controlled automatically or manually. Spindle position, conveyor pad position,
and conveyor speed are controlled by a PLC and setting and display of glass
thickness, conveyor speed, miter angle and remain flat edge width are by touch
screen. The precision cast alloy conveyor with enclosed bearings ensures smooth
operation and high load capacity. Inlet outlet conveyor use timing belts for
long life and precise operation. Conveyor speed is controlled by a variable
frequency inverter drive for low maintenance and quick speed adjustment. The
inlet conveyor height is adjustable to quickly change the amount of glass
removed during flat polishing.
PLC controlled system with automatic and manual operation mode. A
Man-Machine Monitor is for setting and controlling and displaying the
processed glass parameter.
Precision casting alloy, no chain bearing type conveyor pad make the
transmission of conveyor smoothly and improve the precision of transmission
and load-bearing capacity of the conveyor. The conveyor pads adopt new
rubber material and it does not dirty the glass.
